Addiction

I confess.  I have a problem.  It is an addiction I can not control.  My family seems to think I need an intervention and I probably do.  I feel this is a problem that was started when I was a young girl.  I would go on trips every weekend to feed this addiction.  It hasn't become a big problem until recently when I moved to a new area.  I am addicted to gathering treasures that are inexpensive.  Where do I find these inexpensive treasures?  Craigslist and....Goodwill!  Oh my.  I can not seem to miss a trip to the one of two Goodwill's that are near by.  I find myself perusing the aisles at least once or twice a week and very rarely come home without a find I simply must have.  Unlike most people, I have not found many clothes at these Goodwill's.  While I know there are probably many great clothes, that doesn't seem to be what I am looking for these days.  The aisle's I find myself in are:  fabric, curtains, pillows, sheets, knick, knacks, furniture, pictures, mirrors, and.....books, books, books!  Here are some pics of things I have acquired recently.

I support the Goodwill Donate Movement by buying a lot of my home decor and books there.  Have you tried a Goodwill lately?  You will be amazed at all the things you can find!

Garden Update

Busy, busy, busy!  I love it when the weather starts to get warm.  I wanted to post some updated pictures of the square foot garden.  It is doing well, but getting a bit to much sun.  We are going to attempt some "awnings" to provide shade.  I will take pics if it works out.  We did harvest radishes and lettuce for a salad last night and it was delish!  Enjoy the pics.
